Effective August 19, 2026. This policy applies to Koino Capital AI Kits, workflow builds, Adoption Sprints, operating-layer projects, and recurring services purchased on or after the effective date.
Digital products, downloadable files, templates, prompts, and kits are non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided. If a technical issue prevents access, contact support first. We will restore access or review an appropriate remedy when the issue is verified.
You may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of purchase only if discovery, configuration, or implementation has not begun. Once work begins, the setup or project fee is non-refundable unless the signed order or statement of work provides a specific written remedy.
Managed services renew monthly until cancelled. Send cancellation to support@koino.capital at least 7 days before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not reverse the current billing period or completed work.
Koino does not promise revenue, profit, lead volume, or business outcomes unless a signed order expressly states the metric, measurement method, period, customer responsibilities, and remedy. Older pages, proposals, or sales messages do not override the terms accepted for a specific purchase.
For a current purchase or dispute, contact legal@koino.capital or support@koino.capital with your name, purchase email, product, order date, and the issue. Do not send card numbers or secret credentials. This policy is prospective and does not retroactively change prior purchase terms.
