Refunds
Digital products and kits
Digital products are non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided. If a technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us before requesting a payment reversal so we can restore access or review a refund.
Custom builds and setup fees
A setup fee reserves implementation capacity and covers discovery, architecture, configuration, and delivery work. You may request cancellation within 14 calendar days of purchase only if implementation has not begun. Once discovery, configuration, or build work begins, the setup fee is non-refundable except where a written order or statement of work expressly provides a specific remedy.
Managed monthly services
Monthly management renews until cancelled. Cancel at least 7 days before the next renewal date by emailing legal@koino.capital. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not reverse the current billing period or completed work.
Written guarantees
Koino does not promise revenue, profit, lead volume, or business outcomes unless a written order expressly states the metric, measurement method, time period, customer responsibilities, and remedy. A guarantee displayed in an older page, proposal, or sales message is governed by the version actually presented and accepted for that purchase.
